Sew the side seams for each exterior and lining piece with right sides together and a 2 cm/ 7/8 in seam allowance. Press allowances open and sew the bottom seams in the same manner with each 2 cm/ 7/8 in allowances.

STEP 3
Prepare the corners of the bottom (exterior and lining): measuring back 5 cm/ 2 in and stitch. Cut seam allowances to 2 cm/ 7/8 in.

ÉTAPE 4
On the upper edge of the bag for the exterior, press 8 cm/ 3 1/8 in to the wrong side, and fold in 4 cm/ 1 5/8 in (a total of 2 x 4 cm/ 1 5/8 in pressed to the inside).

ÉTAPE 5
Wrap the ends of the zipper with the cotton trim: band 2x each 8 cm/ 3 1/8 in pieces, press in 1 cm/ 3/8 in and the ends, fold in the middle (to 3 cm/ 1 1/8 in), and stitch onto the ends.

ÉTAPE 6
Press both pieces of the inner pocket at the upper edge (25 cm/ 10 in) each 2 x 1 cm/ 3/8 in to the wrong side.

STEP 7
Sew in the prepared zipper (Step 5) into the inner pocket sides close to to the edges.

STEP 8
Open the zipper, turn the inner pocket with the right sides facing and sew around the edges (side seam and bottom) with 1 cm/ 3/8 in
seam allowance. Clip the corners.

ÉTAPE 9
Finish the outer edges of the inner pocket with a zig zag stitch or with an overlock machine.

ÉTAPE 10
Pin the inner pocket onto the middle of the inside lining (right side of fabric) with a distance of 10 cm/ 4 in from the upper edge and
stitch 2 x close to the edges (side seam and bottom).

STEP 11
Slip the lining bag over the outer bag (wrong sides facing) and pin lining in place under the edge. Place the webbed bands (each 75 cm/
29.5 in) in the middle with 8 cm/ 3 1/8 in placement and stitch around.
