CUTTING OUT
Either draw the pattern piece on paper or use a chalk pen to draw the measurements directly onto the wrong side of the fabric.
In the fabric, cut a rectangle on the fold according to the diagram shown here.
No need for seam allowance, as the edges are bound with bias tape.

Here's How
STEP 1
Place pieces of terry wrong sides together and pin.
STEP 2
Baste all around by hand or stitch 5 mm (1/4 in) away from the edge.
STEP 3
Bind the outside edge all around with bias binding. To do so, unfold the bias binding along one side and pin it to the edge right sides together. Fold under the bottom bias binding end. Stitch the bias binding along the pressed fold. Fold the bias binding over the edge and sew on the other edge by hand all around.
STEP 4
Next, pin 7 cm (2 3/4 in) pieces of hook & loop fastener to the two outer edges and stitch all around close to the edge.
It's finished!

No more hair in your face during your morning routine or when you remove your makeup!
