Whether at your waist or hips: The bow beaded lets you wear the belt as you wish. Read on to see how to make one yourself with some ribbon...
- Felt approx. 3 mm (1/8 in) thick
- Textile adhesive
- 19 Square Spike Sew-on Crystals 7 x 7 mm in the color crystal
- 20 Crystal Round Pearl 10 mm in the color crystal cream pearl
- Corded ribbon 26 mm

Cut the corded ribbon to the length you require. The total length of this ribbon is approx. 170 cm (67 in).
Start at 65 cm, the centre. Double the thread and knot it at the back, thread a pearl and push the needle through to the back. Push it to the front again at a distance of 1.5 cm (1/2 in).
At the centre front, thread the crystal and push the needle through to the back.
Now carefully pull the thread to create the frill look. Repeat with all 20 pearls and 19 crystals.
Tie a knot in the thread and glue a strip of felt (1 cm (3/8 in) wide) at the centre back for stability. Now fold the ends 2 x 1 cm (3/8 in) and stitch.
Turn right side out and stitch the seam allowance (pressed downwards) to piece B (bottom part), creating a narrow seam
This belt in a sophisticated frill design adds a glamorous touch to the simplest of dresses. If you want it even more striking, use showy crystals and ribbons – the latter come in a variety of widths.
TIE AT THE BACK
Even when you turn around this belt has a great feature - a delicate bow that elevates any look.
