Measure the neck circumference and shorten the band to this length. Then put the band ends in the clamp and press together with the pliers. Then attach locking parts.
Tape the ribbon (total 16 x 58 cm) on the silk (in the 8 x 58 cm gap) and adjust the two ends at about 2 cm at an angle.
Sew ribbon (8 x 58 cm) all around at 1 cm (while making the opening turn), cut back the seam allowances at the edges and turn.
Cut the loop part (16 x 50 cm), fold in the break (at 8 cm) and stitch at the longitudinal edge at 1 cm, then turn it over. Now stitch the two ends in the middle with 1 cm overlap.
Cut the center section of the silk ribbon (10 x 8 cm) and iron in the two long outer edges at 1 cm each.
Now wrap the middle part around the loop and pin it down. Break in the ends and sew on by hand.
Fold ribbon slightly offset and insert a small fold at the top. Then sew on by hand to the loop.
Iron two velvet layers together with Vliesofix.
Draw template of the flower and cut it out.
Fold the flower (quarter) and sew it down.
Then sew the flower pistils in the middle (make a total of 5 flowers of satin and / or velvet in this way).
Iron two velvet layers (5 x 3.5 cm) together with Vliesofix. Here, the individual springs are sewn by hand.
Sew on the 5 flowers to the piece of fabric with the feathers and then sew the whole piece in the middle on the loop. Finally, sew a bow to the velvet ribbon.
