Bouclé Jacket 103 Burda Style 02/20
This jacket comes in two amazing verions! Jacket A is a style that can look as great paired with a jumpsuit as it does with an elegant shift dress. The cropped jacket in a biker look features panel seams with attached tabs to shape the waist. The biker cut for jacket B is sewn with a bouclé for a dreamy association between edgy and elegance. This style has a narrow standing collar rather than the traditional laydown style to soften the overall finish.
"I fell in love with this jacket for its style, fabric, and colour. The bouclé makes it a good combo. This is actually the first jacket I've made, so it took me some extra time to make sure I understood the instructions correctly. In the end, it took me between 5 and 10 hours to sew the whole project. I am very happy with the result and would happily use the pattern again."
Wonderful, Maria! We are amazed by how well you made your very first jacket. Thank you for sharing your project with us! Want your creation featured on our website? Share your Burda project with us via the link below!
