I’m a bit confused with the interfacing instruction to this blouse – what part of the collar and sleeve cuffs should be interfaced, inner or outer?

I have a question about the sizing. I first went off the size chart supplied with the pattern. My bust is 94cm, so I went with size 42, for a 96cm bust. However, on one of the pattern pieces it says that the finished bust size for size 42 will be 106cm, which is far too big. According to the sizes on the pattern, I should go for size 38, which has a finished bust size of 98cm. Which should I go for?

For some reason I am really struggling with the instructions. The ruffles are beyond understanding for me so I will be looking into some sewing books for help. And the instructions for the front pieces and the way they fold doesn’t make sense if i look at the picture supplied :( But I will go on and try and finish it.

the fold on the front pieces is for the button and button holes. you cut out the pattern on the fabric( 2), then t
fold them with wrong sides touching, individually. hope i helped.

I found a problem with this pattern. Should I cut out one or two of the center back pieces?
