    This is stunning. I am trying to make a bubble dress for my Niece..I cant find any patterns. Did you followa pattern?I have not sewn in 20 years and I am starting up again…this dress is a inspiration :)

      Hi, I used a commercial pattern for for the bodice, the skirt is a square of fabric that I gathered to fit the waistline and the hem was gathered to fit a slightly narrower A-line shaped lining skirt to create the bubble effect.
