i made a puffball dress using yellow fabric and added buttons, i didn’t follow a pattern i just made it up as i went along and although the dress isnt perfectly made i was happy with the outcome. To make the bottom puff out i used two layers of fabric, the underneath layer was shorter i then joined both layers and ruched the bottom slightly to create this effect.
