I’ve created a sleeping bag for our 18 month old little boy. I created a pattern from an old, worn Grobag. I upcycled two pillowslips, used some left over bamboo wadding, two practically unused bassinettte sheets and one separating red zip.
It’s come up so beautifully! It’s so nice and snug for our little man. The bamboo is so soft – just lovely. I’m really proud of it. Mostly because I reused old (in good condition) items and made something new, without buying/consuming ‘more stuff’.

Wow! It looks like something you can buy in a fancy baby shop, so well done!

Excellent! You did a lovely job all the way around! I hope your little man gets lots of great sleeps in this wonderful bag his loving mum made for him.
