I had a shirt that I absolutely loved but was unable to continue wearing. I really liked the design that was on the front that wrapped to the side. So, I grabbed some black canvas material that I had around and cut out a long rectangle. Then with the t-shirt I cut out the design, not too close, then went to my sewing machine and did a straight stitch, as close as possible, around the design. Then I cut the access fabric. Grabbing the canvas again, I folded it in half and sewed up the sides. Since I wanted the design to wrap around the bag I pinned it to the canvas. Then, with a zig zag stitch I attached the design to the canvas. Made a strap, attached it to the top then with extra t-shirt material finished the top edge. Very fun to make and didn’t take very much time.
