I wanted to dress to wear for the chinese new year celebrations, and decided to try out this pattern that I’ve been keeping for awhile now in my computer, and dug out this piece of fabric that I’ve been keeping for the right project. Here’s my version of the Angela Kane denim pinafore— thanks heaps to Angela for providing the pattern! :D
I used the S-sized pattern, lowered the neckline to my liking based on Jamie Lau’s tute, took in the sides and the shoulders, and ta-dahhh! I’m so happy with this dress. Fits lovely!

Thank you for making this great version of my pattern. I got your email but couldn’t find your profile on burdastyle when I searched for ‘Woman’, so I’m really pleased your project has been featured.
Of course I didn’t think to search my own database and there you are, one of my members.
For posting my pinafore pattern as a project you are now a full AK member for one year as promised. I hope you make up some of my other patterns. Your photographs are just great.

Hey Angela! That’s an honor, thanks heaps! Your videos were very helpful too and I’ve picked up good tips from them. It’s really cool that you’re educating people to get back to basics of making clothes for themselves. Thanks again and good luck with your website!
