Description

Ca 1954 style dress. Tight kimono sleeves. Drafted like a basic bodice block combined with a sort of peplum, to which the skirt is attached. Very flattering!

Material Notes

Quilting cotton with awesome handwriting print. Many buttons.

    50’s dresses rule! And this is a very nice one. Nice fabric and you did a good job on drafting the pattern. Did you just cut the sleeves in one with the bodice or did you insert diamond shapes at the underside? (I did that on my kimono-sleeved 50’s dress, I found that without doing so I could barely lift my arms)
