OOooooh! There’s an Alice syndrom there… Yes! ^^ So much for Peter Pan, but Alice got my vote first! I’m girly girl, what can I say? :)
Here’s my first costume ever!!! The Queen of Hearts! I just love evil characters, they’re fabulous! Maybe I’ll work on a Snow white evil queen’s costume one day, ‘cause I love her! Well… hum. This dress is made with my own pattern, it’s a top with hand pleated front, beaded sleeves, huge collar, a soft tulle and organza petticoat with a striped cotton skirt opened in the front and an underbust corset (my first one!). I customized the shoes with red felt hearts and stripes of white felt.
Thanks to my model Claire, makeup artist Coralie and Sarah the hairdresser.
You can see more of it on my FlickR : http://www.flickr.com/photos/grafiketgrafok/
Cotton, vlieseline, organza, soft tulle, lace, pearls, ribbon.
Sweet dresses, an outfit for a doll, and cute embellishments are fun for the holidays!
