Description
This is a dress I made from Hollywood pattern 910 which dates from 1942. It’s very typical of the dresses of the period with it’s shaped neckline and gathered yokes, simple four-panel skirt and belted waistline. Very Barbara Stanwyck (or Bette Davis). My identical cousin Cathy models it here.

Material Notes
I used a flowered black rayon/linen/poly blend fabric (that's what I think it is anyway after a burn test).
