This is my second button down dress shirt I’ve completed. I made this one for my youngest brother as a Christmas present. I used a more classic design than the earlier one I made (although still very similar), again using my own pattern. What is different in this one is the use of flatfell seams, which worked out very well, and the addition of a shoulder yoke in the design. I also made this to have a more tailored fit.
French cotton, interfacing, black thread, black buttons, fray check

How did you make the yolk? Do you have directions posted on your page somewhere?

I just drew in a yoke across the top of the front and back pieces of the shirt… I shall look into preparing a short tutorial on this. Soon. :)
