Description

Purple Sailor Pants with yellow accent buttons. The fabric was natural when sewn together and I dyed the finished garment the pretty purple color you see here.

    Is this the Burda 8488 pattern? I’m about to make them and I don’t want to use a zipper in the side. Did you? Or did you make something under the sailor button panel?

    I love the sailor pants. They look really comfortable. What a clever idea dying the finished garment. I guess you don’t have to worry about finding a matching thread when you do that.

    These look great, and it’s a lovely dye job too. Did you use the sailor how-to from this site? There is something quite saucy about these sailor pants, love it!
