Vogue 8527 view D (now OOP) – a great pattern!
Material Notes
Silk dupion for the many body of the bag.
Nappa leather for the trim and wrist strap.
Silk charmeuse for the bag lining. If I was to use silk charmeuse again, I would interface it with a light weight fusible interfacing.
Quilted calico is used for the sew-in interfacing of the bag but I used silk organza to line the facings to reduce the bulk.
