I’m glad to see this pattern outside of the magazine. I’m even more convinced that I want to make them now. What about hemming with a facing? That way you’d not lose any length.

Very nice, I love the high waist, and they seem to fit really nicely. Thanks for posting these, I need to make a second pair of shorts, I’m loving my high waisted shorts to bits, this pattern looks almost just like them (as I suspected), great to get a preview apart from the one in the magazine! Can’t believe your story about the photo-shoot, it looks like eden… (no eden without a poisoned apple, or at least a bug or two, or pollen, I guess).
