Great skirt! Is there a seam in the back to make a full circle this length?

No seam, this was 58" wide fabric.

The pattern was self drafted. It is a full circle skirt with waist measurement of 36" to allow 9" overlap on a 27" waist. The 1" wide waistband was interfaced with fusible tricot (but no interfacing on the ties).
