I have a yellow fascinator in my hair. See my other creations to see a pink one. I used Butterick 4790.

I altered the skirt by taking off 22 inches. Yes that is right 22 inches. I took 11 off each side from the middle (black layer) and made a triangle up to top seam. I raised the back top an inch and took in an inch on both the front and back centers (width wise). Sorry for my brief description. I will try to add a picture later showing everywhere I had to take this pattern in. I’m short and this pattern was a little too poofy on me on the bottom. This pattern also seemed big on top.
