Description

I got these dresses from a charity shop and with a little bit of tweaking made them more wearable without getting rid of their vintage style. They’re definitely 60s-70s dresses as their labels state Made in NZ (something which is definitely no longer happening in NZ) and they polyester fabric.

Oh your dresses are beautiful :) Love your photos too!!! I agree, these days it is special to find something that is still made in your own country, especially countries that import so much :( That is particularly why I prefer sewing my own garments! It adds character :) Thanks for sharing your beautiful dresses!!

I would have liked to see the “before” pictures to see what you changed, but anyways.. the dresses look really good!

I always forget to take before photos! It was mostly taking up hems and removing funny waist decorations, etc.
