So ever since I saw the project “Off with his head!” I KNEW I wanted to be the Queen of Hearts for Halloween! This costume was definitely a challenge for me, but it turned out very well and I have worn it every chance I’ve gotten so far!
Cheap costume fabric from JoAnn's, haha. I actually sewed cards on the dress. The hat is actually made out of cardboard and paper poster board.

I actually didn’t support my collar well enough, so it kept flopping down on me and continues to do so everytime I wear it :(
My professor told me that I should’ve added thin boning to my collar to make it stand, so that’s what I suggest to do.

Killer! You got to the “heart” of it so well. Love the room, too-much like one I am in at the moment. Nice capture of theme.

This is great! Especially since I saw Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland the costumes have inspired me Lewis Carroll style!
