First of all, yes!! i love polka dots :)
this is really easy to do, and u can do it @ any size u want. All you have to do is cut a square and sew the borders. Then, tide each of the corner like if there were pony tales, we can say you can “tide” or sew like 3" or 4" all depends of the size of the bag. then u will sew 2 of the corners and then u do it with the other 2.
