Description

These three tops were made from Simplicity 2593 using different frill techniques for the neckline.
Frills were handpinned in place and then topstitched to the neck by machine.

    Oooh, these are really nice! I LOVE how you can use the same pattern but change the fabric and detail, like your awesome pleatings here, and they look like COMPLETELY different garments!
