My favorite godet skirt

This is my favorite skirt. I made it last winter, but it feels new!

      Hi! Well it firstly was an “easy fashion” pattern, but I had to alter it in so many ways, it’s no longer that pattern! You can find a godet skirt pattern in every brand for sure.
      In this skirt I made the bottom of every godet piece larger, so that my hem would be more wavy and I took in the central back pieces and the side pieces to fit my hips, oh and I shorten the skirt a bit so as it would sit on my hips and no high on my waist…. so the pattern was only a general guide. I hope I helped!

      do you think the “garbo skirt” from member foxydot could work? (i just checked that the pattern is no longer available, but the creation is still visible)

      I think so camilaustral, it looks the same, though it says the waist is elastic. Look for patterns that look like this : or look at this pattern, I think with a few alterations it will work out.
