Description

In my country, it is very difficult to find the perfect maternity clothes so I decided to sew my own dress using the Katjusha pattern by elegant-impressions. Unfortunately due to the large size of my tummy, I could not hem the skirt as the dress would have been too short so this is a partly finished project.

You could add lace to the bottom and would not have to hem it that way

Well done and nice fabric too! Wish you strength for the last days and a safe delivery!

Well done! For my part, I stick to the maternity pattern, too afraid to adapt regular patterns… Hope you’re in the end of your pregnancy, it looks heavy!

Thank you. It was kinda tricky because I had to make the front and back balance. Thats why there is no hem..! I am indeed in my last trimester.9 days to go actually.
