I wanted to try doing a button-down shirt again, this time with long sleeves and cuffs. I was scouring my house for materials and ended up with a picnic theme for this shirt, hence the red gingham, lace, and the little buttons shaped like strawberries. It’s pretty kitschy overall— I’ve been told it makes me look like an old-fashioned server in a diner!
