Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This blouse is from Burda Style 03/2012 and is #127. It’s a button front, band collar, gathered neck blouse with 7/8 length sleeves.
I made this for the Jungle January sewalong. I used stashed polyester georgette and sewed all the seams with french seams (barring the armholes – too fiddly!) so it’s very pretty from the inside ;-)
I used the collar and sleeve vent techniques from Power Sewing (Sandra Betzina) and those methods worked great with this slippery fabric.
