Description
This is my first attempt at the “Inspiring” skirt from the April 2010 edition of Burda Style. It’s a tulip skirt with boxed pleats, and my first attempt at hip yoke pockets.

This is stunning! it looks lovely on you, perfect with those tights. When you say it’s from the April 2010 edition of Burda Style magazine, does that mean it comes as a pattern or just as part of the magazine? After seeing your skirt I just have to have my own =)

Hey, the pattern came traceable in the magazine, along with dozens of other stunning projects that I can’t wait to try.
This took me only about 3 hours, I would definitely recommend the pattern!

Oh I love this! Nice job! I would like to make it but Im not sure one at the length of my knees would look nice. I really like the waist band. The gatheredness of it.
