From Wenlan Chia’s new book. I have her knitting book so couldn’t resist. Made from wool stash kicking around from yard sales and fund raisers.

Thanks everyone! It’s sooo warm and a nice layering piece to quickly throw on when I don’t want to just step out only with my long johns! I think I’m going to make it in something softer to really make it cozy.

Very nice dress-coat or coat-dress, I think I’ll buy the book, hope I can get it here in Germany!

well done! I am surprised that you chose this pattern first. I also bought the book, but I layed my focus on other patterns first :-) did you make other garments from her, too?

Nope this is my first from her book. I knit up a sweater and a couple of hats from her other books though. I’m looking forward to whipping up some other projects from the sewing book. I mostly love the tunic tops/dresses these days. I’m trying to drum up interest in a sewalong over on discusssions btw!
