Very cute! I love the fit, I have the hardest time sizing those patterns because although I know the recommended measurements, they run a little big. Did you have to grade down? Or do you find them true to size??

I have the same problem!! I do anderstand the measurements.. because it depends on which dress, I was lucky with this one ( I took size 7 , didn’t add any value) but I made a other one first and runned to big..sorry I have no idea.. I would love to have all of them… :-)

once again, i am reminded that imust purchase the stylish dress books!!! love your monogram detail. reminds me of the mark jacobs “MJ” he uses on his jeans and such. the simple died cotton looks like linen!!! i would definitely live in this dress if i had it. and you’re in lausanne!!! i spent some time there in ’06 racing at the triathlon world championships. lovely city!!!

I also have this book and have been trying to decide which dress to begin with. There are so many great patterns in both books. I love your dress, the fabric is perfect I thought it was a linen blend. I also love your embroidery. Great job.

I love the embroidery you’ve done on the shoulder, lovely touch. Japanese couture is so sculptural and beautiful, no?
