Stribed high waisted shorts with back zipper made from a vintage pattern. As I’m in Spain at the moment (untill July), and the cheap sewing machine I bought broke pretty quickly, I had to sew these by hand, which I have found out I really like! I made these as a wearable muslin, so I didn’t make pockets, but next time (there will definitely be a next time!) I will!
I really like how these turned out, and I’m especially happy about the buttonhole, which is a lot neater than most of the handstitched buttonholes I have made in the past!
Poly-cotton blend, zipper, button.

i love it, especially if you made it without machine it’s really great.

Thank you so much! I did make them entirely by hand, which actually is not as borring as it sounds :)
