This looks stunning on you, the colour and the cut! Green really is your colour. I think the fact that the bodice is loose makes it so elegant! It would have looked tarty if it was tight! Actually your blonde hair and the green reminds me of Elvira from Scarface haha!

I love vintage styles and I think you picked a great colour. However, your pictures don’t really show of the dress to its full potential. And, although I know 30’s dresses are often meant to be loosely fitted in some places, it looks a bit like yours is a little too large at waist and chest. I am however very impressed that you chose to make a dress like this (is it bias cut? the typical dress of the era would be, but guessing from the pictures, this one probably isn’t), it looks well made and nicely finished. And vintage patterns are notoriously hard to fit to modern day bodies.
