Here’s another summer dress that I sewed this morning while Emma napped, she wore it to a birthday party this afternoon. These dresses are so easy to whip up and are perfect for the hot summer we’re having! For the flower brooch, I printed out a flower template from the net, and ironed on strong violene (the quilting stuff, not sure what it’s called?) and then cut out 3 flowers out of other cotton floral scraps I had, in 3 different sizes, laid them on top of each other and sewed a button in the middle. I love the old fashioned colours of this little dress :-)
