Description

This is the 3rd Elinor I’ve made, but this time I merged 2 easy Burda patterns together Desira and Elinor. The finish on the neck line is from Desira I did not use any bias. The sleeves are from the original pattern, but shortened, and set into the sleeve hole using a gather technique at the top. (Not sure if it shows up well on this photo). Overall this pattern is nice and easy, and can be varied a lot. It would make a great summer dress if it’s lengthened and the front stitched up bit , or worn with a vest underneath.

Material Notes

The rest of the cheap material I got off E-bay for a fiver, stretch pin strip cotton.

I like it! Very clean and simple elegant structure. Well done!
