I’ve just finished this dress ready for a party this weekend. I love the fabric which is viscose and quite heavy and not slippery so very easy to sew. The colour grades from light grey to dark blue. The pattern is a Simplicity – Project Runway one. The sleeves originally had deep cuffs on, but i unpicked them as it looked a bit strange, and I just put elastic in the sleeves to gather them.
Viscose, bought on ebay for approx £6.
Patterns Simplicity Project runway. These patterns are great as there are always lots of variations included…sleeves, necklines ete.
