Description

I just finished this dress yesterday to wear to a Lolita meet up.

It came out exactly like I had pictured in my head! I draped and drafted the pattern completely from scratch. It was a little tricky figuring out how to sew the bodice with the collar and the halter at first, but I think I got it right.

I wore it all day yesterday and it was really comfortable.. the main fabric is 100% cotton and it’s lined with a 100% cotton voile, so it’s very breathable and perfect for summer.

    The collar really makes the whole dress!! It’s absolutely adorable, reminds me of when AP before they went crazy with prints!

    I do love all and every part of your dress, colors are so perfect for that style. But I must addmit, my favorite is the collar! Very well done. You should do some tutorial, I’d love dress like that for myself… :)
