Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Simple skirt from the february issue of the Burda magazine. Made it as a test run for the matching dress. The fabric is the leftover from my first v-back dress.Since it is stretchy it is very comfortable and the zipper in the back even allows big steps in this fitted skirt.
It was hard to take a photo of the decorative seams since the colour is dark and the fabric is a bit shiny…just have a look at the pattern :)

Nice take on this one. May be a stupid question, but does the zipper stays when you sit and walk ? I’m a bit afraid it would open up. Nice skirt anyway !

The zipper stays where you put it…it’s a strong metal zipper…you just have to be aware of sneaky boyfriends that like to play tricks on you :)
