Albany, New York...
This bag is my own design and is made with a colorful abstract printed canvas. The design in the fabric seems to blend with the large black grommets. This is the first time in my bag making career that I have used this type of grommet and I was really pleased with how they look.
Material was purchased from a bag manufacturer in Maine who sold excess material to the public. Unfortunately their sewing operation was moved off shore so I can no longer buy fabric from them.
This particular fabric appears to be duck cloth that was printed (possibly silk screened) and then bonded to canvas. I lined the bag with green duck cloth and the straps were made with an unknown blend (probably polyester, maybe some cotton) and are interfaced with fusible Stitch N Shape.
Plan a weekend getaway in these sweater dresses and furry accessories.
