or are they more “pierot pants”? :) I made these for my daughter Marie, size 92 – 98 (she will be 2 years old soon). Tha pattern is from an old Burda my grandma gave me (she made clothes for me and my brother when we were kids with it). The pattern is very simple, but these are the first “real” pants I made and I´m quite proud! :) I lined them with warm flannel I had in my stash.
I have to say, it´s really quick to make clothes for children, and very satisfying, as I can never find pair of pants I like in shops. And the fabric is just perfect, I wish I had more, but apparently some lady bought five meters of it just before I came to the shop, and only a small piece was left for me :).
cotton, flannel for lining, elastic for the waist
Sparkle in pretty tanks, easy dresses, and a romper with splashes of sequins.
