Description

I made this dress out of the pattern no 107 from the april issue of the BWOF which is actually a jacket pattern. I just lengthened the pattern pieces (not straight but in an a-shape) and changed the sleeves.

Material Notes

2m dark brown shirt cotton 10 buttons

Beautiful alteration, I like these shirt dresses (although this one is more trench-coat-look-alike). Perfect fabric and color choice.

excellent dress!! I thought of doing just that while ago while I was sewing my first trenchcoat. Nicely done, I like it – the short sleeves look great. I’m still looking for buttons for my coat – they are expensive these days.
