I fell in love with this pattern #130 Burda 12/2013 from the first time I saw it posted and decided to make it for a special occasion, like my birthday :) I bought this lovely brocade fabric in Tenerife, but then I thought of making a jacket and pants. Lucky me I still hadn’t used it, so I had enough to make this dress. It was a bit tricky when I had 3 parts of the top, but then I figured out that I had to sew two of them together first, before sewing it together with the lining. It is a complete dress but the top is open at the back and loose over the dress. It has side pockets and that makes it very nice :)
Brocade and jersey for the inner part of the top.
