Description
The costume is a dress with a full circle skirt. Skirt has an anchor applique and is trimmed in gold and has a white ruffle along the edge. Piping separates the skirt from the dark blue bodice, which is fully lined. Attached collar is black and white striped, lined with red satin piping and yet another white ruffle. Bust has a pleated panel that ties in front and is tacked down for maximum cleavage potential! back collar has same red satin piping and is trimmed in gold also. 6 gold buttons finish off the front.
Adorable tiny hat included.
