Roxy’s costume last year. This costume has seen a few outings! I made this costume spring 2010. It is a basic dog coat shape. I actually drafted the pattern by getting Roxy to lay on some paper and drawing around her, then tidying up the shape before cutting out. The leg prop is a leg of an old pair of jeans with an old shoe attached, then stuffed.As before, Roxy is not bothered by stuff around her head and loves carrying something in her mouth….usually our socks!
grey cotton, batting, thread, velcro, old pair of jeans,old pair of shoes, scrap of red satin ( leg and mouth) and stuffing (for leg), scraps of white felt for teeth
