I didn’t use a pattern. I basically just measured my body and then traced this shirt dress that I altered to fit well onto the fabric I was going to use. I was going to do a normal standing collar but I thought it would be more fun to do this one, and then I shortened the sleeves, too. It was basically trial and error. The final product is really different than what I thought I was making when I started out.

I still need to press it but as soon as I do I will take some better pictures and post them. Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. This is the first thing I’ve ever made.
