African fabric Anda dress

Description

I decided to use this pattern for this African print cotton, as the style is quite simple which shows the fabric off well. I made a contrast plain navy band at the bottom to break up the pattern a bit. I made an elastic casing instead of the ties under the bust. Next time I think I’ll raise the elastic to further under the bust as I find I keep yanking the dress down a bit when I wear it.

    Love the fabric!!!!! You did an excellent job!!!!and i love the length of the dress it definitely won’t work on me but it works on you!!! I’m a 3/4 length or full length nothing in between!!!

    I love the fabric, the pattern fits to it so well. Anda is not one of my favourite patterns; when I see an Anda that I like that means good job!
