Thanks for the advice re: petite/non-petite sizing! I’m the same height as you so yes, perhaps a size 18 would work after all. I’ll try it :)

Oh no… just my luck, I have the issue of Burda but the dress only comes in a petite 17-21 size and I don’t know how to expand patterns :(
