Work from the inside to machine tack (longest stitch setting) pleats in center front, each from upper edge to hem edge (tack stitching will be removed later). Working from the wrong side of the fabric, lay pleats toward the center front and press. Tack pleats to upper and lower edges. Fold side edges to the inside, along the fold lines and press.
