  I tried this pattern too. It didn’t get past the toile though – the pattern does not come together at all. The idea of it would be very beautiful but at the moment, the way the pattern is, it is a waste of $5 because you’d have to do a lot of modifications to get it looking right. Real shame. Maybe one day I’ll go back to it.

  Yea it is is a horrid pattern, but I am hoping it will make a beautiful dress. One things says no seam allowence and the one thing says it does. I am just thankful I have a lot of pattern drafting and sewing experience to make it work. I will post pictures when it is done. making it out of matte black satin and silk velvet at the waist

    UPDATE: this is by far the worst pattern I have gotten off this site. The pieces aren’t trued up and the Sizing is all off. Thank goodness I was only using cheap poly taffeta. When I have more time I may revisit it, but for now it is just a waste of $5. Buyer beware

  Love the dress, but Pattern and Instructions are terrible. Please supply a downloadable PDF of instructions.

    oh no
    I was about to buy this. Is the pattern bad because of the inadequate instructions, or is it just BAD?
