Does anyone have any clue on how to make the tulle area of the dress? http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&hl=en&sa=N&tbo=d&biw=1229&bih=841&tbm=isch&tbnid=o8Xm0l5H8C3qfM:&imgrefurl=http://fashiontribe.staradvertiserblogs.com/2012/03/20/win-gown-inspired-by-sirianos-wonderstruck-creation/&docid=yBf9ajWGCxUK7M&imgurl=http://fashiontribe.staradvertiserblogs.com/files/2012/03/wonderstruck-dress.jpg&w=563&h=753&ei=Uh29UNyQIeqs0AGkn4DoAw&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=2&

I’d experiment with several layers of circular skirt gathered into the waist. The under layers need to be longer than the upper layers… Then add a very fully gathered ruffle round the edge of each layer, trimmed along the lower edge with a short tightly gathered tulle trim. Each length of tulle circular skirt may need to be done in two layers. Looks like at least three lengths…

That’s going to be a hell of a lot of gathering.
